Pay only for what we actually do

We don't list flat-rate prices because no two requests are the same. A passport renewal in Nairobi and a land title search in Kakamega involve different offices, different distances, and different government fees — pretending one number covers both would mean over-charging some clients and under-serving others.

Here's how it works:

1. You submit a request describing what you need.
2. Within one business day we send a written quote: our service fee + any third-party government fees, itemized.
3. You approve the quote. We start work. You only pay once you've seen the quote and said yes.

No subscription, no retainer, no surprise charges after the fact. If a request turns out to be more complex than the original quote, we tell you before doing the extra work — never after.
