FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions we hear from the diaspora

Common questions about how Huduma Global works, what we can and can't do, and how we keep your information safe.

How fast do you respond?

We reply to every request within one business day (Nairobi time). Most quotes go out the same day.

Where in Kenya do you operate?

Nairobi and the major county towns are our home base, but we send agents anywhere a request takes us — including rural sub-counties when the matter is at a registry that only exists locally.

Is my information safe?

Yes. We treat KRA PINs, ID numbers, passport scans, and HELB statements as sensitive by default and only share them with the specific government office that needs them. Our finalized privacy policy will be linked from the footer; in the meantime you can ask us how a specific document will be handled before sending it.

Can you help if I'm not Kenyan?

Today we're focused on the Kenyan diaspora and Kenya-based work. More markets are on the way — if you're in another African country and want a similar service, please tell us so we can prioritize.

What can't you do?

We don't practice law, we don't pretend to be government officials, and we don't take on requests that involve impersonating someone else. If a request requires the document holder to physically appear, we'll tell you up front and help you find another option.

How do I pay you?

After we send a written quote and you approve it, we issue an invoice payable by card or bank transfer. We don't charge anything until you've seen the quote and said yes.

Do you ship documents back to me?

Yes. We can return collected documents by DHL, FedEx, or any courier you prefer; the courier fee is added to the quote at cost. Sensitive originals always travel with tracking and signature on delivery.

What if my request fails — say a government office can't find the record?

We tell you immediately, refund anything not yet spent on third-party fees, and (with your permission) try the next available channel. We never charge our service fee for work we couldn't actually complete.
